Liked the comfort. I split the pack with a friend and they liked the fit. Best to wear UNDER your socks. There's no skidding or shifting. I don't have bad arches but these made my feet feel fabulous. So if you have flat feet: This is a must for you.
once you get it positioned, it's usually lost all its stickiness. but you can revive it, by wetting it and then let it dry and the stickiness returns. now that I know exactly where to put it in my shoes, I just leave them they feel good, I have high arches!
I needed these! I don't use the sticky on the back so I can change out to different shoes. These give relief to my toes which take a lot of weight due to my foot structure.
Can take a couple times to place correctly, but once in, they are comfortable and work well. I've even used them in sandals.
They are easy to use.
The inserts don't seem to stick to anything. I even tried to glue them into my shoe, but they still didn't stick. But the way to use these are to put them in my socks. They seem to stay put. Now, do they work? Not sure. I've only been using them for a week. My knees hurt sometimes, which happens when I go barefooted because of PF. So I haven't decided what's causing that because the pain is low and after I sit it goes away and doesn't return when I walk around the house.
Does not always stay stuck to the bottom of your shoe and very difficult to put in place and keep in place
Good quality could stick better. A bit high arch but i might get used to
The shape made the product very uncomfortable.
