I am very happy to jave come across this Trappify Sticky Fruit Fly and Gnat Trap Yellow Sticky Bug Traps for Indoor/Outdoor Use - Insect Catcher for White Flies, Mosquitos, Fungus Gnats, Flying Insects Disposable Glue Trappers (12). I hate those pesky flies and gnats that hang around in the summertime, and was happy to find this so i couldbtry to wipe them both out at once! Well, it worked. By the wnd of the week, we were able to sit outside peacefully without worry about the pesky flies and gnats. They are now gone. Easy to use, and easy to dispose of. I would recommend.
Well, an idea whose time has come … I have all sorts of fruit and veg out on my counters in the kitchen ALL SUMMER. Canning makes a really big mess .. juice everywhere, sometime even on the ceiling once in a while. Thes little trappitys are easy to hang or stick in a piece of fruit as they are not tacky on their tail .. and thy work.. I just threw away one and put in a new one so it is still gnat free.. love it
We have a Hugh problem with fruit Flies, mosquito's and flies here in the south. So I was very happy when I received the Trappify sticky bug traps for indoor and outdoor. I placed the yellow sticky traps in the house and out on the patio. Took a few days but the flies are getting stuck to the sticky stuff.
I had noticed that there were flies and mosquitoes in my workshop that were extremely annoying. Rather than asphyxiate myself with bug spray, I tried these hanging sticky bug traps. They are extremely sticky. I was not surprised that within minutes of hanging two of these in my workshop, I actually caught a fly. Additionally, I have two potted plants on the front porch that seemed to have aphids on them. I stuck on of these in each pot and the next day there were countless critters stuck to them. All in all, I find these useful when I want to work in an area and not wait for the harmful bug spray to dissipate. They worked for me.
these are better than any brand that I have tried out there and I had tried a few of them I love that they have the paper on both sides so you can peel one side if you want or both and they won't stick to your hand while you trying to get them out to use I have used another brand that they're just all stuck together in a pile and you're trying to get one off separately and it's hard to do I would recommend these to everybody who needs them they are the best
I have been placing these on my kitchen counter using the little hangers that came to catch fruit flies. Seems to be the time of year when I can't set any fruits or vegetables out because we're inundated with fruit flies these are sticky and seem to attract the flies directly to them I'm having to change them out every few days. There is no smell and I feel like they are a safer option than some other products.
I have never used a gnat product before. I am growing basil in my kitchen and during the summer I see gnats flying all around. These gnat traps are inconspicuous and ornamental. They are effective in catching the gnats and I love the butterfly shape or it.
I would definitely recommend Trappify Sticky Fruit Fly and Gnat Trap Yellow Sticky Bug Traps for Indoor/Outdoor Use - Insect Catcher for White Flies, Mosquitos, Fungus Gnats, Flying Insects - Disposable Glue Trappers (12) pack. They work as directed.
I waited a few weeks to leave my review for these gnat traps. We have gnats, I don't know where they are coming from but for at least 3 years and especially during the wine winter months, there's gnats in the house. Not in abundance, but enough to notice. We also have tons of plants inside and outside so after some online information seeking, I've concluded they're fungus gnats. I learned about these traps online too and was excited to try them after several failed home remedies. So I placed these sticky traps in several of the indoor plants and I waited anxiously. For days now, nothing has been trapped. I mean absolutely nothing, AND I still see a gnat here and there! I moved a couple and hung them from my vent registers because I've also leaned about something called drain flies, still nothing. Moved another to right above the kitchen sink, still nothing. So, I don't know. It is summer so maybe I'll see some action during the winter months, I want to believe these work! The instructions are detailed and it is important to follow them. I placed the first one without gloved hands and I swear I was washing sticky coating off my hand for 2 days, so wear gloves - gardening gloves so they won't rip if part of the trap sticks.
I only had a small number of gnats to begin with, by this did not catch any.
