If you need to secure a bulging suit case, these will work. The clips are wide and buckle together quickly. If TSA wants to open your bag for inspection, they can do so without a problem. You can use 1 or 2 per bag. These also make really good identification straps as many (black) bags look alike on the baggage claim. Enjoy your trip!

This traveled through 4 airports in 2 weeks and never failed. Stayed in place with an over stuffed suitcase, was shipped between hotels, and crammed on subways. Took a little maneuvering to loosen and tighten, but it stayed snug. No fraying visible. This stayed locked and secure on my suitcase the entire time.

Those straps look very presentable. <br>They hold the luggage very tight which makes it hard to break or pop opened. <br>They are also very distinguishable. <br>So in addition to my orange tags, my luggage is very visible the moment it hits the belt. <br>I highly recommend this.

This was great for travel with my archery bowcase. The case did not have TSA locks and it would have been unsafe to leave the locks unlocked. The strap kept the bowcase safe from opening during travel and the combination TSA latch was easy to set and use. Also, it was easy to adjust and tighten the strap. I purchased this strap to secure my luggage (I travel a lot). The bonus was a place for your name and info. Just came back from a trip and it worked great. I purchase the burgundy color but it is lighter in color than I thought it would be. Price was great.

I got these to help us identify our luggage. In a family of 7, we need all the quickness in that realm we can get! And for that, they work perfectly. We've only used them in hotels and such so far, and haven't had a chance to use these in airport security yet, so can't speak on that, but will update if we have any issues after our cruise in a few months.

Overall this is a very good luggage strap. It is strong and durable and the length is adjustable to accommodate virtually any piece of luggage. The color is bright and easily identifiable in the sea of black suitcases on most airport baggage carousels. The latch is a TSA compliant locking latch which ads an extra level of security. The compromise though is that this latch is notably larger than the ones you traditionally see on luggage straps. Overall this is quite good though.

More of a visual deterrent. The strap is of ok quality. I got this to add to a larger checked bag. Feels a little on the cheap end, but worked for its purpose. I would recommend having something to have it run through, like a handle of the bag. It is nice as an identifier for your bag if you happen to have something that looks like everyone else's bag. Three-digit combo that you can set from the back, see the like the picture. It is not a heavy-duty strap, but it adjusts easily and is a cost-effective solution.

At 2" width, the strap can still be used on older, non-hard case luggage but you might have to strap it in real tight. As the saying goes, there is no lock that will prevent thieves from getting your valuables, especially when they are packed nicely in a suitcase. As a device to stop your luggage from spilling its guts out, this will hold the luggage tight with its wide buckle and combination lock. I would have liked it better if it had -- <br> <br>1. Much wider strap - 2" is okay but 3" or even 5" wide strap would have been much better at doing its job. <br>2. Adjustable buckle - it can be somewhat easily defeated and could get the strap loose all the way. <br>3. Multi-way or 2-way strap - now this would have made this the best solution. Remember twine and rope?
