It has all the components I needed and was easy to use. It kept my devices charged up and didn't take too long. It's very small so it fit in my book bag with ease. I recommend this adapter if you're going out of the country because it also is easy to adjust for the respective outlets.

I like the versatility of this adapter. All you need is the cord from your device to this and you can charge your device just about anywhere! I do suggest looking over the instructions just to familiarize yourself with all the different plug types but the plug itself does have little labels next to each for what country that part is for. The adapter is not very big and is light as well, which makes it perfect for travel. I liked the fact that I did not have to bring plugs with me on my trip, I'm always afraid they will get damaged, and this one folds up into itself securely. I wish I had this 8 months ago traveling around Europe! I love that it's an all in one adapter and has built -in surge protector. I wasn't able to test the adapter function but it worked well to charge my devices here in the states. It's handy that it has 4 of the most commonly used adapters plugs in one compact unit. I travel internationally frequently and I'm always looking for the best travel adapter. I work while traveling so I need something dependable to charge my phone and work laptop. This adapter has multiple ports, which many other adapters don't have. The adapter allows you to charge devices that have different ports since it has USB-C and USB-A, as well as the standard US. There are also two USB-C ports, which means we can charge both phones at once. Previously, we bought two adapters for each of our phones, which meant traveling with two adapters. It is a bit on the bulky side, but I think its worth it for the options you get. If we weren't able to charge multiple devices and device types, we'd have to travel with more than one adapter, which would mean even more to pack. I'd recommend it if you want something that can charge multiple devices at once or you need something that can support different plug types. The fact that it has surge protection is also a plus. I'm always a little nervous using adapters after a hair straightening incident that resulted in smoke from a different adapter. So any peace of mind is welcome. Recommend to those traveling internationally!

I liked using this on a trip to Europe. Worked well to charge my laptop, tablet and cell phone all at once with the extra usb ports. Planning on using it in our guest room for family members coming to visit from abroad. Really like that it works both ways. The only negative is that I got a damaged piece with one of the Australian pins that seems to be stuck in the US configuration, so would not be useful in a trip to Australia.

First of all, if you don't travel outside of the US, this is not for you. Otherwise as a frequent traveler outside of the US it definitely work's to keep in a book bag, travel duffle or suit case, kinda bulky for a purse or small hand bag, and you can't stick it in any pocket love that you can charge multiple devices and has different configurations to connect to power sources.
