I love my pink carry on, has lot of pockets. In some plane it fit vertical and in other (international) only horizontal cause of the wheels. I am thinking of getting the big one in pink also. The spinner Is lighter than the one with two wheels ( my bf has the two wheels version).
My first TravelPro lasted me 25 years and logged close to 750,000 miles and rolled around hundreds of airports and hotels across the globe. But the handle was getting temperamental and the wheels a bit wonky, so even though my trusty old red one could probably go another few years, I’m moving on to a brand new (and very upgraded!) TravelPro.
This is my second Travelpro suitcase. First suitcase I was extremely happy with- 22 inch Rollaboard. This suitcase Was an upgrade to the spinner style. Appears to allow for plenty to be packed. My husband and I could pack for 2-3 nights in one suitcase previously. I’m not so sure if we can with one of these suitcases. We are going to get another one of these suitcases so we each will have one. This is the suitcase for you if you carry on. My husband and I often check bags. We decided to buy the suitcase in 25 inch for checking bag in. Will use this bag for car, train and flights we carry on our bag. Extremely lightweight which makes me nervous to check it in.
This is the lightest and easiest to roll suitcase I've ever had. The size is a bit smaller than I am used to, but it fits very well in the overhead bins on the airplane. I was also pleased by the purple color as it isn't a common suitcase color and is therefore easy to find. I've only taken it on 1 trip, so I can't speak to the durability of the bag.
Boy this suitcase is nice! It rolls so easily and smooth and I like have a phone charger on the back of the suitcase. There are enough pockets and built in storage in this suitcase I no longer needed a separate roll-up bag for toiletries. leaving me more room to pack clothes. I can pack clothes for 4 days of work, plus toiletries and more and still lift the suitcase in to the overhead bin on the plane. It’s that light!
I purchased this suitcase for a 2018 Christmas present for one of my nieces and she so loved it that this Christmas 2019, I purchased the same suitcase for her sister! It is perfect for these college girls as they travel to-n-fro! I am a very happy Aunt!
It is nice. I purchased it because I already purchased the underseat bag in black and wanted to update. It is more purple to me, inside the stripes were more blue than gray in the picture online. It seems small but that is the way now. Never got to use it, cancelled trip due to Covid19. It is in the shed awaiting a trip
I recently purchased the Travelpro Spinner as a Christmas gift for my friend. I love the suitcase, its weight, quality, and practical design. I own several Travelpros; this is the only brand I will buy. My Travelpros have been purchased locally; this is the first one I have ordered online. When I removed the plastic storage bag and opened the suitcase, it had a very pungent "chemical" odor apparently from the manufacturing process. I would assume it had been stored in a hot warehouse... I am still trying to eradicate the odor inside the suitcase! I have tried Febreze to no avail. I now have it airing out in damp, cold air, but I can still smell the chemical odor from the materials inside. This problem should be addressed ASAP!! At this point I would hesitate to buy another Travelpro online, especially for a gift.
I purchased this carry on bag after I was tired of not having a spinner, and this bag certainly was a great purchase. While you typically lose storage space with a spinner, the convienence outweighs the lost storage space. The Maxlite series is unbelievably light as well which is great for those who travel through the airports on business like myself. Overall, I am happy with my purchase and will soon be purchaing the larger size for vacations.
I'm a long-time TravelPro suitcase owner. The products are very high quality. I am a little person and I also use bags that let you pack two-three times more into a suitcase. So, I was very glad that TravelPro made this new lightweight spinner suitcase. However, and it's a big "however": the "expandable" is barefly a half-inch, compared to other TravelPro bags. There is a lot less room in this suitcase than my other 21" suitcases. So, I am disappointed.
