Have not had on the road yet so I cannot tell if these are good or not. Will have to return and give a better review after I have put on some miles and towed my trailer down the road a bit till I can tell if these tires are going to hold up. They did come with very good tread and are 10 plys to handle the weight of my motorcycle and car that is being towed behind my RV on a special built dolly. I cannot see any reason that they won't do a good job.
Great tires for my 16' tandem axle flatbed trailer. No vibrations going down the highway after balancing and handling is great. Shipping was on schedule and a great price. Only reason I took off 1 star was because the tires are date coded near the end of 2021. It is mid 2023 so they are over a year old from sitting in a warehouse. Not a huge issue for me because they will still last several years but something to take note of.
Tires arrived in good shape, a bit squished, but overall nice and clean. I purchased in Feb 2019, and DOT date code was good and fresh, shows produced in the 39th week of 2018 which was Sept 25-29th, 2018. After we take our first trip in April, which will be about 1000 miles, I will update this review with the results. Each tire will be carrying approximately 1500 lbs at interstate speeds.
I'm happy with the price , I ordered 4 trailer tires.. Unfortunately, the tires have a DOT date of 4/11/21 (Almost 2 years old ) .. The tires were a bit difficult to mount, due to them sitting for years and being compressed .. Buyer beware ,,, I read other reviews about the years old stock and dates .... It's a fact , its unfortunately a gamble buying tires online.... Seller should add the fact of new but old stock and offer date codes ..
ordered 4 "10 PLY" tires was sent 8 ply tires I don't have time to deal with returns or hassles with walmart about getting the item I used the tires but it wasn't what I ordered and I will not be ordering again. This isn't the first time I had problems with walmart. there customer service is just crap.
Within 1 year I had both my tires fall apart. I know for sure the second one split from the middle which is crazy. I did not want to post a review after the first tire in hopes that it was just a flewk. I even purchased a replacement of the same tire which I'm worried about now. The first one broke up on the freeway on July 15th and the second on August August 24th. I was told the company would email me after the first one and then today, I was told it is sold fully by Walmart. I would recommend staying away based on my experience. My trailer is light and only needs 6ply and I got this 8ply just to not have any issues.
Order 4 trailer tires but the tires sent to me were not what I ordered. Was sent passenger tires and wrong size. Then I only received 3 and had to wait for the 4th tire 3 days later to return for refund. Walmart customer service is useless. Unbelievable for such a huge company to have customer service to just say “we're sorry but can't do anything about it until we get the tires back” instead of fixing the problem
Selling a DOT-dated 2 tires that are almost 1 1/2 years old. The 2 cuts on an assumed new tire. Please, send instructions on how to proceed with a tire exchange
Purchased a 2 pack, was sent 1 tire. I needed them at the same time. Wall-mart did handle the matter promptly. I was still out my time and energy to get the tires I need again. The one tire I did receive was a good-looking product with very good tread; I would have been very pleased with the product itself.
I purchased 2 sets of 2 and only got 2 tires total. Had to reorder to get the other 2 setting me back using my trailer by a week. Lost time, lost money all because whomever pulled the order didn't pay attention to detail! A hassle that could have been avoided. Walmarts response was to wait or reorder.
