Fun Pool Toy for Toddlers
The size is perfect for toddlers. This little mad has had a blast with this Dolphin, he has also discovered that the dolphin has a squeak device in one of its flippers.

When I originally ordered this it had other photos where a kid was sitting on floaty. My five year old cant even sit on this!

VERY small
Like another reviewer I saw a picture of a child looking like it was holding onto this and it was very large. But this is more like 2ft long and maybe 10 inches wide and the largest section. Definitely only for toddlers. The price is not good for the size and the vinyl is extremely thin. I have very low expectations for how long it will last. One fun thing it's it has some sort of squeaky toy in it that squeals when the right arm is pressed.
