comes in handy- i use them as placemats under my pet's food. i hate cleaning just so i can eat so i throw a few of these on the counter over my roommate's mess and then clean the kitchen after i eat. i put them on the counter before filling the flour jar so cleaning up is easy. they're wicked useful for dealing with everyday messes. i don't mind cleaning but this does help me clean fewer times per day. they do have a very minor odor but it doesn't bother me and i hate scents and i have allergies. great purchase.

The package was smaller than I thought it would be. But, I was able to use it, shredded for my Guinea pigs' cage. They love to walk through clean, shredded paper.
