I really did not know what to expect from this body scrub, but it was great. The smell is like cinnamon, simple and it really makes the skin soft. I am glad I found it at the store, but it was a rare treat. I would recommend it and I plan to buy again. I wish they were sold in packs and I can find more of TreeHut products at Walmart. My skin got softer, shiny and felt more refreshed after using.
safe to say I'm in love with a body scrub from the scent, to the way it leaves my skin feeling there are simply no complaints whatsoever my way I've stocked up and continue buying more still I never want to have to know how it feels to not have this product on hand
If I could give this 10/5 stars, I honestly would. This has been my go to body scrub for quite a while now and one of those products I keep coming back to because it's just that good. The exfoliation is great, feels like it actually does something without being overly harsh or leaving your skin feeling beat up after. Skin always feels smoother and softer afterward, and it pairs really well with lotion. But honestly, the smell alone deserves its own review. It smells amazing. One of those scents where you actually look forward to using it in the shower. Not overpowering, just really good. I genuinely can't say enough good things about it. Between how well it exfoliates, how my skin feels after, and how good it smells, this has easily become a staple for me.
For this review, I bought the tree hut Tropic glow firming sugar scrub, and I wanted to leave a review because when I tried to look for reviews, I didn't really get the review that I was looking for, so I'm going to try to be as detailed as possible for those who are like me. it's definitely a very well-made sugar scrub. I've used tree hut for years and I love them. I don't really have much of a problem there, they always exfoliate my skin nicely. They leave it soft. They leave it very glowing non-irritating very nourished afterwards, so I the standard is still the same if not better for me. the scent that's where I was having trouble finding reviews that actually describe it. for the tropic glow, I didn't know what to expect. It is a very good scent to me. It's "clean girl" meets "tropical" and I'm gonna break that down. so I was looking for something that was more of a tropical scent because I had just had the Coca Colada scent and I wanted to kinda switch it up a little bit, and I didn't want my traditional Tahitian vanilla but this is a delicious scent. They say that the scent notes are almond Amber and sandalwood. When I first smell it, I definitely get some of the almond. The amber is very light as well as the sandalwood to me. It smells like a very neutral, clean bar of soap not one that's floral or has a strong perfume scent, just how you may imagine a very clean smelling soap to me that is maybe traditional dove bars of soap or maybe a traditional dial bar of soap maybe ivory but ivory can lean a little bit more perfume like to me. So think of your clean smelling neutral bar of soap you add a touch of tropical scents. for me personally, I pick up a hint of pineapple and maybe a very, very light hint of coconut mixed with the clean bar of soap smell, at the very end I smell the sandalwood and Amber very lightly. I think it's great for summertime. I think it's absolutely fantastic to pair with like a coconut or pineapple or even a citrus scented perfume and body oils. as far as the firming aspect, I haven't got to actually use it yet. I just got it today and if I can come back and update the review, I absolutely will. all of the tree hut body scrubs have always left my skin very smooth the color of it doesn't usually much matter as all the ones that I have tried washes away clear so I'm not really worried about that. The color of it is like a very light golden color. At least it should be if it's not you may have gotten the wrong product or the product may be expired, which unfortunately that can happen. It's rare, but it can. it has the "Smoothness" of a traditional grub I mean, you expect it to be gritty, the gel of the sugar scrub, which makes it more of that spreadable consistency is very silky, but it does leave your skin very smooth, and nourished, so as of right now I definitely recommend
This scrub smells amazing. I put it on my sponge with body soap. It's not super strong, but you can smell it lightly after getting out of shower. It works well but definitely purchase this again. Price is a little high though, but I think it will last me quite a while.
I've been using Tree Hut Tropic Glow Firming Shea Sugar Body Scrub for a few weeks now, and I'm honestly obsessed. If you've ever used that high-end Brazilian Bum Bum Cream, this smells almost identical but for a fraction of the price. The scent is warm, summery, and actually lingers on your skin for a while after you get out of the shower. The texture is perfect—the sugar grains are coarse enough to really get rid of dry skin, but the shea butter and oils keep it from feeling scratchy or irritating. I love that it doesn't leave a greasy film on the shower floor, but it still leaves my skin feeling incredibly hydrated. As for the "firming" part, my skin definitely looks smoother and more glowy right after I use it. It's become my favorite part of my self-care routine, and the 18 oz jar is huge, so it actually lasts a long time. If you want to feel like you've just been to a spa without leaving your house, you definitely need this one!
Item is excellent for toning and tightening the skin, aswell as relieving tired, sore or overworked muscles. It leaves skin looking refreshed %26 gives more youthful appearance to otherwise crepy skin. It has pleasing scent. Recommend use 2 X per week for best results.
Love this scrub. I'm always looking for this scrub wherever I can find it! So I always get it where I find it because it's always out. Firming and skin softening with a sweet heavenly Scent.
The actual exfoliation is fantastic especially in autumn and winter when skin becomes dry and itchy . Leaves the skin soft and lotion tends to seep into the skin far better.👍
Love using this after I'm done scrubbing my body in the shower just rinse the body. Don't dry off completely with a towel and rub in the oil. Love the smell!
