We bought this for our 13 y/o grandson at Christmas. He is enjoying it immensely. sturdy bike and worth the price. It was on sale, free delivery, and that was cherry on top.

Everything about the bikes is perfect except the way it is programmed. it has levels 0-5, 0 is nothing, 1-5 is pedal assist and the max speed of the electric motor so if you set it to 5, get on the bike and accidentally tiuch the pedal, the bike takes off and dosent stip until it gets to 20mph, whether your in the bike or it jerks you off and hurts your hand bc of this. The answer would be if 0 could be full electric, then 1-5 assist, bc only way to use electric is in assist mode. I have contacted to find out how to accomplish this or just disable the assist completely i hope. i have ancheer bikes and they are not like this👎

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson, the electric bike motor doesn't work anymore, and you can smell a burnt electrical smell. Not good for the money spent.

Product may be OK. When I bought it I did not realize that I was not buying it from Walmart. Wanted to return because it was a duplicate gift. Could not return to Walmart. Bicyle was $360 with tax. Would cost more than it cost to ship it back for credit

I bought this bike for my son and only worked for one day. I sent an email to their customer service and until today they have not answered me. I do not recommend this brand, it is garbage.

Flat tire and while riding today the gears on tire caused the chain to come off and get wrapped.
