The tubes in the tires were bad and would not hold air. I assembled the bike. There was very little instructing. The bike looks good. The manufacturers.are deficient in their operating instructions. I will not attempt to operate it at all. Thank you.

it took a bit to receive but im not disappointed with this bike my only complaint is when i put everything together the front light doesn't work but it doubles as a horn which does work lol. the ride is nice pedal assit makes it easy for my long rides to work. large luggage rack make quick errands a breeze

I just got my new e-bike on Thursday the 18th and i absolutely love it so much. Just enough speed for me I couldn't be anymore satisfied with it. I would highly recommend it. The battery life is great went on long bike ride. It's perfect for me.

a bit of a pain putting a couple of things together but overall took 20 min. I love this bike. btw it will take off with the first pedal

After a difficult assembly. i am very pleased with this e bike. Right size and easy to ride.

came quickly and is good for short distance. don't ride in rain but it's charges quick but I have found the battery after a few times doesn't work as good. and you have to order parts . and the tires are a odd size so ordering is the only way of replacing or repairs. but orders do come pretty quick.

I can't even get it together because the directions are not there. There's no like videos or QR codes to try to get it put together. I cannot figure it out.

wasnt fast like it should be i thought it had fat tires it dont. battery dont stay charge like it should needs improvement.
