Keep your expensive shampoo's!!!! Hands down, this is the THE BEST shampoo and conditioner I HAVE EVERE USED!! I love that it's a heat protector and the smell is amazing! I had ZERO frizz and flyaways after blow drying and styling!! Please, I'm begging you, don't ever discontinue this product!!!

I have been using this brand for many years, all the others are now creamy and make my hair dry and flat. Finally I found this one with a clearer base and my hair is actually healthy looking again. I like the clearer formulas.

This shampoo and conditioner have been amazing to my hair, I`m an African woman with kinky coily hair, and when I bought this shampoo it was strictly for my human hair wigs, when I saw the results it had on my wigs, I decided to try it on my natural hair and the results have amazing

Used this for decades. Cannot stand the smell of the new formula. I had to use all kinds of other products I've spent a ton of money. Hate all of it. Had a tiny bit of my old bottles of yours that I refuse to throw out yet. I used it today and almost cried. I was reminded what a dream these products were before you changed the scent a year ago. Why are you doing this to middle aged women? And why did you remove my previous review?!

Contains benzyl salicylate which in many studies outside of the USA is potentially linked to infertility or harming the fetus. Was not until I washed my hair and looked at the ingredients then threw it out. You NEED to change this formula!!!!!!

Long time user. Will be returning this. So sad to see the changes, the shampoo won't lather & my hair feels terrible as I'm trying to lather & use it.

Very disappointing! Tried—and terrible result. Tried lathering up 2 times, then next day 3 times. Felt like hair was sticky and styling went flat. Went to my hairdresser and she even mentioned my hair seemed matted together and sticky, Tried 4 times, rinsed carefully, and this was one of the poorest results I've had—even with much cheaper brands.

I have been coloring my hair for years and have always loved your color formula. Other people would recommend other shampoos, but I would always go back to yours. Now you have changed it, and I hate it. It leaves my hair limp, with no body. Now after all these years I have to go find a new shampoo. Why would you change a great product?

I agree with other users who have requested that Tresemme bring back the old formula. The new formula leaves a film on my hair which makes it feel dirty even after I've shampooed it twice. I have been a faithful Tresemme consumer, but I am afraid that I will now need to find a new shampoo that leaves my hair feeling clean and silky like the old formula did.

I dyed my blonde hair to a vibrant red, but unfuortunately, after the first use of this product, it decided to bleed out into everything I had. I've had the color lasting for a week with other products, so I felt it should have been fine and preserved my color since I loved tresemme producs before the dye job. Unfortunately, now it left me a brunette with a slight reddish tint which I wasn't a fan of. I'm dissapointed.
