New Rich Moisture shampoo is wonderful! It lathers nicely, cleans well, rinses thoroughly without leaving residue, and leaves my coarse hair silky, shiny, bouncy. It has a mild scent which does not overwhelm (THANK GOODNESS!), and after rinsing, is pleasantly just 'barely there'. The performance and results of the new formula remind me of the Tresemme Moisture formula of the late 90's/early 2000s, which was the best shampoo EVER. You've nailed this one, Tresemme, THANK YOU!

Tresemme best brand and makes your hair healthy , rich, restore, replenish with rich moisture. I've been using this product since long time and its makes my hair longer and shinny. Best shampoo highly recommend. My hair feels super fresh and healthy every-time i use.

I have been using this line of products for years and it continues to amaze me. My hair is strong and healthy. My breakage has decreased and I am excited to style my hair.

Been using this forever, but really don't like the pump. For the increased cost and now less product in the bottle, you should offer the lid. Quit price gouging.

I love the product however I do not like the pump style dispenser on my conditioner. I simply don't want to pump it 20 or more times each time I use it. Plus it leaves behind so much product and causes me to buy it more frequently and unfortunately I cant afford that so I resort to other products.

The new formula is horrible. I normally use the rich moisture formula and bought the revitalizing color in error. It has a coconut smell to it and left my hair feeling dry so I retuned the unopened bottle I purchased and bought the amplified volume variety. Had the same issue. The smell is like coconuts and again leaves my hair dry feeling. I've always loved the smell of tresemme and now worry all the new varieties have this same smell. I've used treatment for 20+ years and have to find a new shampoo now. Why would you change the smell of the formula?

To be cheap they changed the formula, as I was using their shampoo and conditioner for years without issue and no skin issues , I noticed within the last couple of months, tons of dry itchy skin. Not good , stopped buying period , i checked and others have filed class action. Lawsuits due to this, so I no longer buy any of their products period

The new formula is very different and leaves our hair very dry. My husband even noticed so it must be the new formula. Too bad…the original was fantastic and I am a retired hair stylist.

Why are both the shampoo and conditioner now in a similar Black bottle? My wife will not be able to tell the difference as she will not beable to read the bottle descriptions in the shower. Why couldn't you leave the colors well enough alone?
