I've used better and I've used worse this is the middle of the road and it smells good. makes my hair easy to comb out

It's really nice shampoo. It makes your hair smell really good and I like the pump kind easier to control while washing your hair

The scent is not so good i expected a better scent. smells more like chemicals thei a floral scent. need to add alot of conditioner in order to get your hair soft and silky.

Ordered online and the bottle arrived with conditioner around the mouth and the bottle itself was oddly squished. Product works just fine and I like the new pump dispenser but not satisfied with the condition in which it arrived.

I do not like the pump design. I find it wasteful and not working properly and now both the shampoo and conditioner come in the same color bottles. It's hard to tell which one is which.

I've used this product forever. I like the formula but the change they made to the pump instead of the flip top cap it used to have is horrible. You can't pump shampoo or conditioner out in the tub while you're showering. The flip top was easy to pour into your hand during a shower. I have to keep the old caps and change out the pump tops every time I buy a new bottle because the pump makes the bottle unusable.

The inside is a shampoo , not a conditioner. No wonder the consistency is different. It bubbled a lot when i put it in my hair, the worst is i put a lot coz i thought it was a conditioner.
