Talk about Pink! Great color depositing shampoo, but your hair does have to be lightened or naturally blond.

This stuff is strong. Definitely spot test for blonde hair. I let this sit in my hair for 1 minute and my hair is PINK. Not mad about it though.

My hairdresser told me to get this to keep my color longer. It is fabulous! Definitely worth the money!

Disclaimer: I've only done one wash and I am a medium brunette but wanted to give this a try for “fun”. It is indeed fun and at this price, it was worth it for a short term switch up. I put it on at the beginning of the shower and tied it up in a bandanna while I shaved etc so it was in for much longer than the suggested 2-3 mins since I knew with a darker base color it may not show up at all. I was wrong, it showed up plenty and is a deep magenta / purple under-toned color that will likely fade with subsequent washing or I could probably keep building for a richer tone. I wanted a lighter pink hue so I think I'll let it lighten but will try light pink next time maybe. I've used Moroccan color depositing shampoo in the past that really wrecked my towels. Good news, this was just a light transfer on the towel that I know will wash out and after it dried, no pink on clothes / sheets.
