I have tried many products for skin break down. This has worked the best. Apply a thin coat, let dry. Most of the time for extra protection I will then apply a thicker barrier zinc oxide paste cream by Medline. This is applied over all after the first application has dried. If I don't use Triad first his skin breaks down and bleeds. With Triad no bleeding. Lastly, sprinkle a little antifungal powder with 2% Miconazole. This is for an incontinent elderly loved one. I have tried the methods of 3 different wound specialists while staying in the hospital at different times with no success. Discovered this method on my own with much trial and error. Hands down, you will never need anything else.

This is the cream recommended by my doctors at the local wound care center. It is a little messy, but it helps to heal wounds and that is what counts.

It's good stuff, just wish it wasn't so pricey. My suggestion though is not to use unless a Doctor suggests it.

This paste works very well! I use it on My husband's bed sores! It is the only cream that helps him! I only use a little at a time! I do not put a bandage over it! I would highly recommend!

This product is very good at helping to protect and heal sores and breakdown from being in bed or sitting. Used on my father after hip surgery and complications following when he developed bed sores. It is the best product I have found to date to heal and protect his bed sores.
