This shelf is fantastic! Using it as a partial book/decor shelf. It is so eye catching and really elevates the space. It is easy to put together if you're semi-handy. Would buy again in a heartbeat!

Lovely etegere/bookcase! I needed a more narrow bookcase due to lack of space in my bedroom. This bookcase was the perfect choice! In addition, it was easy to assemble without any issues. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

This is a very nice looking shelf however I would not recommend purchasing it. The screw sent form the wooden shelf were not pointed %26 were impossible to screw into position. I puchased appropriate screws to put the shelves together. The screws to put the side metal parts together were inferior %26 were very hard to connect the metal legs. the turn screws to hold the shelves to the metal stand seemed to be too short hold the shelves onto the metal pegs. If therer weren't screws to hold the shelves in place I would have returned this item. Very disappointed. It takes two people to put this shelf together. Overall I would not purchase this item.

I've assembled many, many things by myself before (bedframes, desks, dressers, consoles, chairs, bookshelves, etc) and this is one of the more difficult ones I've had to build. The first issue is that the screws that are supposed to be tightened with cams (to attach the shelves to each side support) are not nearly long enough, so it's impossible for the cams to latch onto the screws and actually tighten them. I reached out to the seller to ask for longer screws but eventually decided to continue to building the product, as there are four screws on the bottom of each shelf that I was hoping would make the shelf stable enough. Unfortunately, the second issue is that in order to get all four screws onto the bottom of each shelf, the shelves could not be completely flush against the side supports. If they were flush, the screws would not all fit. So, even if I had perfect long screws that worked with the cams, I would not have been able to get all four screws in on the bottom anyway. The third issue is that one of the arches on the top was extremely difficult to fit into the holes. It took me, my boyfriend, a hammer, and several long minutes to finally force it into the hole in order to screw it on. Once we finally stood everything up, it was pretty obvious that the arches were crooked. I'm keeping the bookshelf as it's the path of least resistance, and TBD on seller responsiveness / assistance, but overall, I don't think it's worth the price or effort. I'm not sure just how stable it will be considering all the cams are out.
