This one sounds like a dream you wake up from and can't explain. A car, gone — like it was never there. I love that scale, that cinematic boldness. Even just thinking about rehearsing it makes me grin. I can already imagine setting up the shot, watching something solid fade into thin air, and feeling like I'm filming my own magic movie.
When I bought this trick, i didnt know what to expect. Will everything be in the box? Will i need a toy car? But nope fears set aside when i opened the box. Everything you need to make a "toy" car to vanish. The instructions are clear, and the step by step is amazing. Just needs some time to finesse the trick...and abracadbra.....piff paff poof. Car has vanished and even reappeared!
I purchased the entire bundle x 2 because I I wanted to make individual gifts to my friends' kids to get them started in magic. This vanishing car trick is amazing. I absolutely love the quality of the product, it is wonderful. Great job making this type of product available.
The Vanishing Car is a highly creative effect. The gimmick is impressively built, when you lift the lid covering the hidden car box, the entire box snaps open, leaving the car completely gone. It lies flat and fully open, so nothing looks suspicious. The reappearance of the car inside its plastic, sealed display case can be presented in many ways. For example, you can cover the empty plastic case with a black silk cloth, perform the vanish, and then remove the cloth to reveal the car sealed inside. Overall, the construction and handling are excellent, especially for the price.
I give this five ? rating. If you are worried about the noise that the car stage make do what I did and cut some thin black material and glue it onto the gray areas to reduce the clacking sound. One backlash is that you may have trouble flicking open the reveal car on time. I show it empty then I cover it with a cloth as I release the reveal then you don't have to worry about the timing.
Just opened the Vanishing Car for Christmas! This is such a clever piece of magic—it feels like a classic Tenyo effect. The angles aren't perfect, but the vanish and reappearance look amazing and make me so happy to perform. Can't wait to get this in front of people and try it out!
Great trick, but the first one's clear plastic cracked after just a few performances. I ordered a replacement, and unfortunately the clear plastic arrived already cracked out of the box. I'd recommend using a thicker type of clear plastic in future production and improving quality control.
I'm 66 on the outside and 12 on the inside. This trick is right up my alley. I immediately thought of three different patters for this. I'm sure anyone who has the heart of a 12 year old will find a way to make this just as much fun for the audience as it is for you. I've only been practicing but I can't wait to perform it for real people.
I bought this for my adult son for Christmas, he likes magic tricks. He rated it a 4/5 stars as he said one of the wheels fell off of the car out of the box and it came with no instructions on how to perform the trick.
This is an unopened gift right now. Not sure about any of the above.
