This is the only gum I will chew. The spearmint flavor is really good and I like the texture too. I always buy the multi pack and keep one in my vehicle, one in my purse, and one in the kitchen. It not only helps freshen your breath, but it helps to get the fluids in your mouth moving around which can help remove food particles after a meal. Obviously, you do not want to use gum as a replacement for brushing, but it is conveninet for when you have a meal on the go.

I've tried other flavors of Trident, as well, but the Spearment is actually the best as far as lasting flavor. I buy the multipacks for quantity, quality and value.

trident original seems to be the longest lasting flavor gum for me. tried and true lol. nice to have gum when u need it. u can have so many items delivered to your house at great prices with walmart plus. such a time saver.

I love this gum. most sugar free gum has aspartame however the cinnamon flavor doesn't. i can't have anything with aspartame so I very happy to enjoy this.
