nothing but a big tease
more pain pillow than cushion pillow. it pulls hair and the I feel the middle folding area back of my neck. got this because half priced of the unused one I've got previously. it came in cardboard box not it's in original. perhaps second hand already! I was hoping for some relief but disappointed and upset that this thing is nothing but a big tease for people such as myself suffering from neck tightness. not even worth a penny.
