TriggerPoint GRID X Foam Roller

I have used the original at my gym and felt it was too soft. This is my first roller and I like the firmness. After a double digit mile run, 15 minutes usage all over before bedtime help a lot for the next morning workout.

I've starting using these after leg day and now I don't wake up feeling like someone ran over my lower body with a tractor. After having knee surgery this past October I have been having to deal with tight muscles all over my body. As a former runner and now rock climber, foam roller's are an essential part of my post-workout recovery. TriggerPoint Grid X Foam Roller is great, strong firmness that helps reduce muscle aches and loosens a lot of my tension. Would highly recommend this product whether you have casual workouts to more intensive athletic training

From all the foam rollers I've tried, this is great at getting your knots out while giving you a good stretch. The additional firmness provides extra pressure, rolls smoothly and the grooves don't hurt! More expensive than I'd like but it does the job. Wish there was a full length version! This foam roller really helps you loosen up your muscles, whether they're tight just before a workout, tired after a workout, or sore the next day. Foam rolling with this feels better than a massage, since you can control how hard or soft you press. Really helps with warm ups before exercising or recovery after exercising. I had been experiencing lower back pain but thanks to foam rolling using TriggerPoint Grid X foam roller, the problem is much better now. Really gets into your muscles when you need some deep tissue rolling. Does the job, no weird smell, and looks good to boot. Wide enough to do legs/sides - would want something a little wider to do my back. I wrote this review as part of a contest.
