Works well but sometimes can be a bit large, maybe if they make a smaller one for more precise location.

Awesome little massager.
The soft grip fits comfortably in my hand and has been great at helping relieve the pain of my Achilles tendonitis. It's also fabulous when used on the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders - I just have to be a little careful not to let my hair get tangled in it.

I thought using lacrosse and tennis balls were easy but this is even easier. It rolls easily. I love it!
