It does what it says its suppose to do.
The final side doesn't get my nails as shiny as other buffers might, but I love the 7 in 1 concept and am a repeat buyer and giver : )
Coming from a retired nail tech, I have to say that this buffer works just as good as what I use to use in the salon.
Works great with the different levels. Only downside is they are glued and will start to peel as file ages.
The nail file part only lasted through one manicure. The buffer sides are great. It came out looking like polish. But it doesn't peel off. And you don't have to use all the chemicals. I would suggest filing your nails with a regular file. Then smoothing them with the nail surfaces of the buffer. Slows down split nails.
Lasted a good 6-7 months. The side I used most often where the paper is had begun to wither and Come off the buffer. Could be made a bit more sturdy in that regard.
I can't suggest this item because it is about the worst I have seen for a file or buffer. It is broke in the middle and has thin hair line cracks thru-out. There is not much to it. It is nothing but a thick foam material with extremely thin material that is called the filing and buffing. I did try and use it even tho it was broke in two. The filing material does not even reach the edges of the file/buffer. I don't know how anyone could leave a good review on this as it is truly not worth a dime.
Plan on using this nail file one time only, it falls apart, cracks and does not do very much when comes to filing. Waste of money.
This sucker didn't last through one manicure. Just get the little brown el-cheapo kind. They'll last 10x as long for under $1.
Don't waste your money. You can get a better nail file/buffer at the Dollar store. IMMEDIATELY A TOTALLY USELESS ITEM AFTER ONE BRIEF USE.
