Southern gravy can often be fat filled but this is low fat with 0g trans fat. It tells the truth when it says one minute mix! When you don't have time for home made this is a great alternative.

Doesn't really taste anything like southern country gravy. I've definitely had better. You make this with water and it makes 2 quarts or you can make smaller amounts. I think it would be better made with milk. That's what we're going to do the next time I definitely won't be buying this again.

This is not a good Southern gravy. Do not waste your money! Although it does prepare and keep well in the refrigerator, the flavor is horrible. I find the only way to make it edible is to add butter and a little bit of white and black pepper. They claim that it is garlic flavor but I know garlic and that is not a good garlic. Save your money
