Paid extra for assembly. He showed up, put it together...so we thought. Kids slept in it 1 night and 10 rails came off top to bottom. Come to find out, he never secured the rails. Not happy I paid extra for that. Bed itself is not bad. Trundle rolls excessively and is burdensome.
