Mg complex = Combo of very good unexpected effects
I've been taking this EXACT magnesium nightly for almost 4 years. Started taking it to help with leg cramps. It does help with the cramps. At the time I didn't realize the other benefits the combination of 3 different types of magnesium would have on me. After a couple months I realized I was sleeping better nearly every night. Now I am a terrible sleeper so better is awesome for me. Not a miracle cure by any means but any sleep improvement is a win in my book. Another surprising benefit is the effect this magnesium combo has on my 'morning constitution'. ??TMI?? Well stop reading, duh! It dosen't act like a laxative but offers me a regular morning movement with ease. Us middle aged people have great respect for that ;) So there it is in a nutshell. This magnesium combination offers me a combination of positive feelings and has for years!
