I was skeptical given how cheap this was, but I'm so glad I went for it! I've struggled with leg cramps for a while now (especially at night, they would sometimes wake me up!). But just after the first day, they completely went away! I can wake up and stretch my legs without worrying about muscle cramps. It's amazing! I've also recently increased my daily workout and I haven't been sore at all, which is extremely encouraging. If you're on the fence, get this stuff! It's been a total game changer! I will add that I take two does per day. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. I was not paid for this review, I genuinely love it and will keep buying this.

I was surprised as how inexpensive this product was. I enjoy that their are 3 type of magnesium in one pill. I have been taking it for a couple of weeks %26 I feel good.

capsuls easy to swallow and seems to keep leg muscle cramps away. i will continue to take one daily.

Capsules are very large and hard to swallow. Otherwise,there was no problem,but I think I'll try to find a gummy form.

i ordered a differrnt product with oxide in it. for digestion and they sent this calming formula more than once, it was supposed to be triple complex, not triple calm. Had to order a seperate bottle of magnesium oxide so paid for wrong, product...the picture totally changed and they removed my product, completely after msny delivery issues, as well.
