I wanted one that was cleaner, thick and worked well. Ever since we tried triple paste- we have never once turned back! It's everything you could ask for in a diaper cream! Especially for sensitive skin. I even use it on my face when I get skin irritation & it's magical.

But what I didn't expect is how good it is beyond just diaper changes. I've started using it as a “skin basting” step after my skincare routine and it seals in moisture SO well. It creates that thick protective barrier without irritating sensitive skin. It's one of those products I always make sure we have stocked because it just works — simple, effective, and multi-use. If you have littles with sensitive skin, this is such a good one to keep in your cabinet.

We bought it when visiting friends in New Jersey a couple of years ago. Our younger daughter was a baby with common diaper problems. We used Triple Paste for Diaper Rush since then, with full satisfaction of both our daughters when they suffer from skin irritations. It took more than one month to have a new jar delivered to our home in Italy but we are quite happy now.

I have now purchased this product several times, because it clears up any rash or redness much faster than other products I've tried. I like that it's very thick, but spreads well. I don't intend to use any other brands for as long as I need diaper cream.

It doesn't do what I expected it to do for my grandbabies bottom it's what the wound care team recommended me to get and I'm not impressed with it
