Arrived in good condition (not visibly damaged), but noticed a significant tilt (about 1/2 drop) to the top half of the stand (not level). Tried to call Musicians Friend customer service per the receipt in the box and was told that because it was a Walmart purchase (despite Walmart's app saying the product was shipped and sold by Musician's Friend) that they cannot help me and that I have to go through Walmart. Seems like my only option is to return to Walmart and try my luck of ordering another.
