Way too often Miami lightning storms and surges, coupled with the need to protect tv and stereo, as well as gaining easy access to shut down equipment since they are in a wall unit with really impossible access to the wall outlet makes this purchase a no brainer. This gives me peace of mind when I am not in Miami and gives me the ease of a readily accessable on/off switch for my TV and stereo. The Tripplite warranty is the icing on the cake. Don't think twice, buy a couple.

A definite workhorse. No frills, but nice a clean looking. I like that this model comes with differing cord lengths so that you can choose one that works best for you. Nothing bothers me more than having to deal with a lot of extra (stiff and inflexible) cord to the sure protector! While I've [thankfully] never had a claim, Tripp Lite's registration process was quite professional and gives me confidence that they'll back their products.

I use the power strip in my home theater setup. It was just what I was looking for. I was surprised at the low price considering it comes with a protection guarantee!

I was looking for surge protectors and knew nothing about them. With a little research, this brand was recommended several times as being very reliable and economical. No complaints so far!

Needed a few outlets to plug in kitchen appliances nearer to the kitchen stove because the stove as no 110 plugs. This strip works great for what I needed.

No faults what so ever. All lights are working.Great 8 foot length. Wire is much thicker than my other Surge protectors. Which I think its much safer product.

I bought 6 of these to replace aging power strips. They work so far, are unobtrusive and provide power. what else should you say about a pedestrian product

When it failed to protect our modem and router they reibursed us for hte router and the shipping. But the phone co replaced their modem for free. For 9 years it has protected us.

I did not buy this from a store, our phone company got it for us to protect our computer and DSL internet, which runs through the phone line. I got it as advised from the phone company representative, and I respect his advice!. The other surge protector did not have phone line jacks and this one does.

I am mostly satisfied with this product. I use it mainly to protect my laptop, and it works wonderfully. Rhe cord is super long so i can take my laptop all over my room and still have it plugged into this surge protector. The only issue I have with it is minor: some of the voltage ratings printed on the side of the device are a little higher than what is posted on the website. Still better than most voltage ratings though.
