I use this product in the house. We have a propane heater and I put it in front of the heater and it keeps the heat from the floor. The tile started to peel from the heat and now it doesn't. I fold it up when the heater is off. It's great for the price.

Love this ! We have a deck with the firepit sitting on it. The firepit has 3 small holes in the bottom. Thank goodness I thought about this product! It does exactly what it is suppose to do.

If you are looking for a flexible, very light weight mat for under a small grill, this would work.

It seems to be doing a good job no issue.

Using it to hang on the drywall behind my wood stove, which it does easily using push pins. It does absorb some of the radiant heat, so that's good. I would, however, prefer that it not be black, but instead white or even silver to reflect the heat instead of absorbing it. Good price.

I put this protective pad under the chiminea, which sits on a paver patio. I want to avoid any burning embers landing on the patio. It seems like a durable fabric and it lays nicely flat.

I have not used with a fire yet, but it is defiantly waterproof. The only issue is the wind will cause it to fold over.
