Triquetra Health Ashwa-70™ Ashwagandha Extract

Just started using this supplement. I will update later if able. I use plenty of this brand and love them all!

I am thinking that this product combined with the Fulvic Mineral product is doing me a lot of good with my painful knees, they have been much better!

I take the Ashwagandha at night. My sleep is improved (more restful and less awakening) about 80% after 2 weeks. I tried 2 other brands in the past after reading good research reports on Ashwagandha, but I saw no effect. I use other Triquetra supplements and so trusted this would be quality - and it is. I think after 3 months I will see other improvements as well.

When unable to purchase this product from a previous platform again. I was forced to find a substitution with another product and had to augment that product with another... as I finished those products (4) four days ago. The difference was within (2) days. I am very happy with Ashwa-70 and its potency and effects.

I have been taking 1 capsule at night, every night for a few months now and have virtually zero anxiety. In fact, I have no dramatic highs or lows anymore, my sex drive has not been compromised and at 51 yrs old that's saying something. The changes to my mood have been subtle and did take some time to notice. I've tried a couple of other products and this one works the best and it's no wonder with 35% withanolides.

I feel noticeably better when taking this product as compared to taking a couple of other brands of Ashwaganda. Have definitely recommended to friends already!

This is the second round I have used Ashwa-70 after a break of about 1 year. I have tried other brands which seemed to not work. I notice this brand having an effect on my anxiety levels within 48 hours. The only product I will use from here on in.

I was skeptical, but I tried it because my sleep pattern changed and im waking up way to much at night. Ive only had it 4 nights so far. I have noticed less wake ups at night.

looking forward to really noticing a lot . My understanding is that Ashwaganda can take some time, like a month or so, at least that is what I have seen on sites. I'm hoping it's a lot better than the others I have tried like KM-66
