Works great but doesn't taste great

I add sucralose to my yogurt - too much %26 to avoid gut problems I bought this. It tastes bearable lol %26 only drink a fluid ounce a day with lots of water however my abdomen has gotten flatter I am thinking less intestinal inflammation. Live cultures seem to work better for me. Highly recommend. Will by again.

I have tried numerous probiotics and postbiotics, nothing helped my IBS and stomach pain like this product. I even lost 5 lbs within the first week! So happy I found this product, I have stomache issues my whole life due to Candida overgrowth in my system, anxiety, stress and IBS.

It has live probiotics, unlike any capsules or pills on the market. It balances your digestive system, especially when you have an intestinal bug. I use it every day to prevent issues. 5 stars for sure!

First-time buyer. When I first opened the bottle I had no idea what to expect. The taste was surprising but pleasant -- a bit vinegary, just a tad fizzy. Within 3 days I was almost craving the stuff (that passed after a few more days). It felt like my body recognized what it needed. First results within 2-3 days -- going more often, more regularly, and the bloating started going down. When the bottle was empty I thought, "let's see what happens if I stop.". Guess what -- within a week I was back where I started... Will reorder today! My experience: nothing out there compares, it's magical.

My husband is doing very well with it. I got it for him because he suffers from heartburn and indigestion all the time like he can't eat certain foods because it will make his stomach so upset. So now that he's been taking it, he hasn't had any heartburn or upset stomach at all. So we're very pleased with this supplement.

I find it helps with decreasing gas, bloating, and decreases appetite if taken daily. Taste like apple cider vinegar to me, it's bad but it works.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but this actually worked. Tastes awful and I have to rethink my life choices when taking it, but the relief I feel outweighs the taste. My constant diarrhea that I have suffered with for over a decade has finally stopped within one week of taking this. I can eat without fear again. It's liquid gold... and gold does NOT taste good, but gold nonetheless. It's worth the price for me.

I have taken so many different probiotics over the last 20+ years and I have never gotten the results as I have with this one. I have been taking it for about 3 months now and my stomach has never been so happy. Daily bathroom visits and clearer skin. I hope and pray that it continues to work its magic as I continue to use, as my body usually adapts to things and I stop seeing the results. So, I will continue use as long as I continue to see such amazing results. Thanks for creating such an awesome product!!

Having a BM almost every day! I occasionally have two in a day. No more waking with heartburn and reflux so my sleep is better. I do still experience bloating so I time my eating and drink almost no alcohol. I will use this for two more months and take a break to see how well I can hold my own. I even shared a bottle with a neighbor who is having digestion issues.
