I use it for energy and stamina
Well, it is pricey, but a little goes a long way, and it works really well. Iodine is essential for your thyroids and metabolism. Plus you can protect yourself from radioactive iodine, just in case.

Nascent Iodine
Was using Lugol's Iodine for last few years but getting expensive, so looked for another brand. Seen an ad for Triquetra Nascent Iodine and placed an order- fair price & fast shipping! I use two drops in one cup of water, so this will last much longer than the Lugol's. Very happy with my purchase.
