Triquetra Health L-Methylfolate (7.5mg) Plus Methyl-B12

i've been taking this for a few weeks. I have noticed that I feel better. I have more energy. I feel like I think clearer. I like the taste of it and I've had no bad side effects.

As tablets don't seem to get well digested for me, these B12 drops are wonderful and so easy to take. Added to my tea makes a wonderful flavor. But also taste fine directly under my tongue.

The product is good just wish it had dosage marks on the dropper.

My Mother has the double variant version of the MTHFR gene mutation and suggested I start supplementing as needed. It's only been a couple of weeks but I definitely notice a change in my energy levels and ability to get things done without so much “fog and noise.” I also purchased the “kids” formulation and have to say I would prefer a flavorless option for adults. The cherry flavored adult liquid isn't pleasant if you aren't a fan of cough syrup, however it's just a few drops that can easily be placed in water or another beverage to mask.

Love this product, especially being able to take sublingual. Sometimes having to take another pill is just too much. The taste is fine, not exactly pleasant but much better than others.

Taste good. I think instructions could be a little clearer. But also dosing is more indivualized for the person. On my 2nd bottle but can't tell any difference yet.
