Finally found quality supplement
I just started using 5-htp to support my MTHFR and it has made a very noticeable difference. I really like this company's products and highly recommend them to others. The quality of the products and the customer service are fantastic!

Beyond expectations
Determined to stop the pharmaceutical merrygo round I purchased the 5HTP and have not looked back. Peaceful sleep with no morning aftermath. This with the 5MTHF (after testing) have changed my life for the better.

This, in combination with green tea extract, really gives me a mental boost for half a day in the beginning. The results lasted longer, the longer I took it, and the results were more noticeable.

Awesome Product
My husband and 2 sons have a difficult time falling asleep. On Day 2 of taking 5 HTP they were falling asleep easily and waking up in a good mood and mentally alert!

I have been taking 5 htp for about a month now and I have been sleeping much better and feel much more relaxed during the day. Triquetra is my favorite supplement brand by far- they are incredible!
