You can put this in pretty much anything. Super easy.

I add a few drops to a small amount of juice. It does smell like sulfur. I am happy with my purchase.

It is good for getting the extra iodine out and balancing your body's excess iodine, especially for those who take amiodarone for the Heart. Which caused me to have hypothyroidism from too much Iodine from the Amiodarine.

I've been taking liquid selenium for a couple weeks and i don't seem to have the heartburn or nausea now that the capsules gave me. I'll keep you updated after several weeks of use. So far i rate it a 10!*

High quality. Too soon to tell if it helps resolve the concern I bought it for, but the order came quickly l, well packaged, and I love that it is a liquid and not a pill.

it's still very early. but it seems like a good product

Overall not a bad product, just wish the taste wasn't as off. It kinda makes it hard to put in a drink without changing the taste dramatically.
