Triquetra Health Total-K2 Full Spectrum Vitamin K2

I got this supplement to because it supposedly helps your body direct calcium to your bones instead of places where it would cause harm such as your heart, arteries, and other organs. (recent studies seem to show calcium taken in supplement form may be causing polyps in the intestines). I like that this contains both K1 and both firms of K2. But, there is no way to determine if it is working. I hope that it is!

Had joint issues due to the accumulation of calcium buildup. Since using this product along with vitamin D3, haven't had issues in over 2 years. Do your research about the benefits.
