I've used the same Trodat stamp at work for 10 years. It expires in 2026 (last year stamp available on mine), so I went ahead and ordered another. Same great quality as before and still easy to use. The one I received has years 2023-2034.

This is a very handy stamp, having almost all the messages I need for the office work I do. It's easy to use; the wheels mostly turn very easily, although there are a few that are somewhat stiff to rotate. It's easy to set up with almost no directions about placing the ink well. The downsides to this product is that it's extremely easy to get ink on your fingers as you turn the wheels to set what message/date you need. I've also noticed that the date numbers don't always line up exactly, so I have to test stamp to be sure they are in the correct location. I found it necessary as well, to "test" the stamp on scrap paper to learn the best hold and firmness to stamp down. If you don't have a firm grasp on the stamp itself, when you stamp down your hand can slip and get ink on yourself. Needless to say, I left work the first day with ink on my fingertips. I know it sounds naive, but this stamp feels slightly flimsier than the other stamps I use and I didn't have a firm enough grasp for the stamp not to "stutter" the first few times I tested it. Other than those few learning curve issues, this is a pretty decent stamp for the price and product itself.

Even using pressure, the ink is rather faded and does not leave a stamp that is very prominent.
