Trodat, USSE4820, Date Only Stamp, 1 Each

I was looking for a date stamper that did only dates and this is the one. It has 12 years of dates. Two previous stampers I got at the office stores ran out of dates after 6 years because the ribbon was half filled with words like AM, PM, PAID, etc., which I didn't need. Also the text size is just right and the printing very clear.

I bought this for our school library needs. It works great, although we had some confusion with the ink pad the first time we used it. The black rectangular ink pad works only when inserted a specific direction. Once it was correctly inserted, the stamp worked fine. I am hoping that this is easier to re-ink than previous stamps that we've used.

I ordered 2 of these stamps. They print very clear and easy to hit target on paper. Print is perfect size an easy to adjust date. These stamps are not made for commercial or heavy duty use However; for the everyday use it is a very good.

Reasonably priced. Suits my needs. However, if you do a lot of stamping you need to be careful because the wheel turns easily and date changes on you. Example: if you are doing many pages at once it could change the date from what you set as.
