this is exactly what my herbalist suggested because calcium magnesium capsules don't alway absorbed in the body and at the age of 67 and after falling and breaking my wrist and fracturing my shoulder in 3 places, this is supposed to help me heal quicker.

I love the fact that this liquid calcium doesn't need refrigeration because now that I have it on the counter I won't forget to take it. It tastes good, has a great shape for gripping that allows you to shake it up real good, and the 16 oz containers are perfect for me because they don't weigh too much to shake properly. A wonderful product.

I bought this to help me sleep at night and to get more calcium for strong bones. I don't like taking pills and it tastes just fine. I also believe the absorption rate is better from a liquid than a pill. It's questionable as to how much of the pills actually get into your system. So I'd always rather take a liquid. I recommend trying this if you have trouble sleeping. I think the magnesium is also good for your digestive system. This product has been much more helpful to me than the pills I was taking. One thing I noticed is that is says not to put it in the refrigerator. So if you buy it make sure to read the label about storing it.

After tasting Child's Life as well as Bluebonnet - both of which were sweetened with fructose - this is a great find. Nutritionally it's better than the others, isn't chalky like the others and it taste like adult orange soda - not super duper sweet but my two year old likes it,

Great flavor! The little measuring cup is handy. The label on the bottle is attractive which is nice since I leave it out on the counter. My only complaint is that the cap has cardboard on the inside which disintegrates. But the flavor is the best of any that I've tried.

I cannot swallow large tablets or capsules so I have not taken a vitamin supplement over the years. I decided to try the liquid version. The taste is manageable. I drink it like a "shot" from the lid. I may try the Oasis multiple vitamin I am taking with the calcium in one shot. I will try it another month. The cost of the two liquids along with a liquid fish oil is somewhat prohibitive.

I was very happy to find this product after suffering through a liquid calcium and magnesium that tasted terribly bitter. This is easy to take and has a pleasant taste. I can't attest to the absorbency yet, but I am hoping for improved bone density results next time.

I have tried many different calcium supplements, and I can't stand any of the chewables. I have tried another liquid supplement and it tasted horrible. My dietician suggested this product, and it is the most tolerable one I've found. The taste is pretty good, but there is that inevitable chalky texture in a calcium product. Despite that, I know this is the best thing I have found to get my calcium in, and I plan to continue taking it.
