My husband's body cannot process choline, and he doesn't like swallowing pills. This multi is a rarity in meeting both of those needs. It tastes OK too. The same brand offers a better deal on the multi that has choline, but this is the one we will stick with.

I'm glad to finally not having to take so many pills. This has everything and more for a multivitamin. It has a fruity taste that's way better than anything else I've tried. And, it seems to be loaded with the vitamins and minerals I've been taking in pill form. The bottle should last a month, the top is used to measure it out. They recommend keeping it refrigerated after opening. They also warn about taking too much (like the whole bottle) which could happen because it has a decent taste.

I honestly LOVE this product. This is so much better than pills or gummies. I was having a hard time digesting pills and my body was having allergic reactions to the gummies, so I stopped taking vitamins. I was in search of liquid vitamins when I came across this product. It's AMAZING. I don't think I'll ever change brands. Thank you for making a quality product that my sensitive system can accept without any reactions or rejections!

The taste it totally fine. I really don't understand what people are complaining about in some of the 1 star reviews. It's a vitamin so it does sort of taste like a vitamin. But I've tried much worse and it's only a tablespoon...it not like you need to drink half a gallon. I love that there's no sugar. Some liquid vitamins have 7g sugar in 1 tablespoons! Nobody needs 7g of sugar in their vitamin. Come on now. Will definitely order this again.Update: still love it. Ordered several times. Try it!

I read recently that liquid vitamins are absorbed 10 times better than taking a vitamin pill. With winter cold season approaching I'd like to be sure my family is fortified. This product is improved from an earlier version as you only need 1 spoonful a day and my previous bottle you needed 2 spoonfuls a day. Recommend highly!

Not for me. it has a terrible taste, and I'm not sure I'll be able to stand it 29 more days.

For a liquid vitamin it really tastes bad. Even with drinking anything it doesn't go away quickly. I can't tell it's doing any good because I can't get past the taste.
