Not tamper proof packaging.
Shampoo arrived leaking into carton. Glad I decided to open it instead of waiting 24 hours for the spill to spread. No seal on the bottle or over the cap so assuming the cap loosened in shipping and leaked. Decided to use the shampoo on my pet anyway. Afterward I was worried "what if" some twisted human added something that would be an irritant to my pet? Or deadly? I think in this day and age...the bottle should have had a seal. I bought this because it had tea tree oil and claimed itch relief. My pet's itching seems to be better. His coat is always shiny and healthy-looking ...even after using this medicated shampoo.

Love tropiclean
Love tropiclean products. The product itself gets 5 stars.Was upset when they discontinued the d-shed solution. So I'm going to give this a try. However when it was delivered the cap wasn't on the bottle and a lot of the product was all over the box. Tried to get most of it back into the bottle. I did read this problem from other reviews. How does a cap come off. I do try to buy in the store first. Chewy would give me a refund. Or send me another. The other tropiclean product I got came from Amazon and was perfect.
