Good price good saw
This is our second one. Good saw for a good price. No problems so far with the first one and it's been about a year. We have 25 acres and use it on down trees etc. We're not professionals using it everyday, but for our needs it's good.

I received the wrong product
I ordered a troy-bilt gas powered chainsaw with 16" bar/chain. I received a chainsaw with a 14" bar and they wont accept exchanges so now I have to return the chainsaw and order another one. Frustrating...

not happy
We have had this chain saw for a month and a half. The off/ on button broke and can not turn off the chain saw. Contacted the company that sold it. They sent us a email and asked a question. I responded and have not herd from them sense.
