Troy-Bilt 21" 163cc Gas Rear-Wheel Drive Walk-Behind Mower, TB310

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TB310B self-propelled mower is fantastic! It was easy to set up and use right out of the box. The self-propelled feature is robust and performs exactly as expected. I couldn't be happier with my new Troy-Bilt, and if you're looking for a reliable, high-performing mower, I highly recommend this model—you won't be disappointed!

two important things that this lawnmower has that most other self-propelled lawn mowers do not. first thing is, this lawn mower has a true CVT rear wheel drive transmission. it slowly engages the drive the more you squeeze the lever. second is the power drive lever which is similar to a brake lever on a bicycle rather than the wire bar most lawn mowers have. this is a huge convenience that you don't know about unless you've tried it. another thing I noticed about this lawn mower is the ease of handling. excellent maneuvering around landscaping. Troy-Bilt got this one right!

Starts with one or two pulls, self propelled works well, Disappointed it didn't have the grass chute or wash attachment I was expecting it to have. Adjusting the height is a bit difficult. Must clean grass from underside quite often when mowing thick grass.

Hey Lawnmower Didn't Come With All Parts Grass Bag And Frame For Bag Was Missing BUT I Able Call Walmart And They Direct My Troy-Built And Parts Been Ship To Me No Big Hassle

This mower is much lighter in weight than our previous Troy Built mower of equal power and cutting radius. The one before was front drive whereas this one is rear drive, so that may account, in part, for the difference.

Good overall mower. I’ve had Troybuilt before. Needs better instructions on assembly especially the grass catcher and frame. No instructions whatsoever how to put catcher on the frame. Just hit and miss until you get it right. Also the grass catcher doesn’t seal well with hard plastic cover.at the top. I ended up putting small rod inside the rubber seal to make it rigid and seal properly. Also plastic defector at bottom rear of mower keeps coming loose causing the whole grass catcher assembly to come off. These problems are not deal breakers just need better parts.

This lawnmower is okay if you have a small yard and live in a suburb/development I live in a rural setting with slopes and trees and it is not built sturdy enough. I am disappointed in the materials used in production of lawnmower cheap made for the price. Expected more from Troy built

I had to return it. I did a to go order, when I got home I realized there was oil all over the box. Then was going to deal with it when I went to set up the handlebars and the bolts and nuts didnt fit together the way they were supposed to.

This lawnmower was delivered out of the damaged box to my garage door and the box with other items beside it open and torn. By the time we got outside the driver was about to drive off. My husband told him to come back and get the lawnmower, box and items in it. It was not an acceptable delivery. He rudely said “there's nothing wrong with it”. He was told he needed to return it. He called his boss and was told to return it as damaged, which it was! My husband helped him load the mower and the box into the truck. We have a Ring camera with audio. I called customer service today since I hadn't heard anything to see if the items had been returned which it showed they were on the tracking and asked for a refund which was given. We were very dissatisfied and inconvenienced with this delivery.

Good mower , but a little underpowered for mulching a thicker yard. The problem is don't put any oil in and keep box. Until you are sure all parts are there and are correct and fit properly. If anything is wrong you have to ship it all back. If you do put fluids in you are screwed .
