Troy-Bilt 25cc Gas Hedge Trimmer with Attachment Capability, TB25HT

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was disappointed that this didn't have jumpstart feature on this. I thought all your units had it on it.

The only thing I dislike is about the blades is there's only sharpened on one side as other head trimmers I have used there's dual blades so the way it is this way makes it harder to cut through thicker hedges Wish I could return

Nice product, the engine kicked on with the second pull, and the spring assist starter is a big plus. The blades did the job on my 8-foot-tall by 40 feet long privet hedge and the extension of the pole, plus the size of the cutting head made quick work of the recent grown spirt. However, the piviting head gets VERY hot and the pin that secures it at any angle binds to the holes in the head while the spring retainer that locks the pin in position is impossible to move until the unit cools down. The strap to support it keeps unclipping from the retainer and the assembled unit is really heavy and somewhat bulky, so you really need the support strap for long duration use. On balance, I do recommend it since it does what it's designed to do.

The trimmer is great.will purchase again

Great value in a gas powered hedge trimmer. Cranked easily, out of the box, plenty of power.

Does not properly work will return

Arrived dry and without oil for cutter.... not good for branches over 3/4"

I bought this one month ago and it's better than I expected it's a great value for the price

It makes trimming our shrubs and vines a breeze, easier than the old way with machete and clippers, up and down a ladder. I like this machine so much I bought two! What used to take me many hours, now takes minutes.

Works great and has plenty of power. It starts easily, feels well built, and makes trimming much faster. I also like that it's attachment capable, which makes it more versatile. Very happy with the purchase so far.
