I have been having some trouble with sleeping lately and I have tried a lot of different products and made me wake up and feel extremely drowsy but then I seen this product if they hey let me try it so the night that I got it I took it in about 10 minutes later my eyes fell my bricks

So I received the Tru Dream Shots, Natural Deep Sleep Aid Shot with Melatonin (Pack of 12). This come in a little metal shooter bottle. I'm not quite sure how to discribe the flavor but some sort of berry taste. It's not bitter or sweet. It's recommended to take about 1/2 - 1 hour before bed. Each one I've tried, I've fallen asleep quickly and woke up refreshed without headaches.

The taste was a bit surprising to me. I was expecting something smooth and calming. It sparked me up and I always fight sleep in my business life, so I did not feel what could be a true sleep assist. I would recommend it to someone who's not tired all the time to see if it can help put in sleep mode.

When I opened the first one of these, I thought maybe they were a Kombucha-like drink, however I noticed mold on the cap so I decided to open a few more and see if they all smelled like that and they didn't. I soon realized that around half of them had the metal seal damaged and they had molded and fermented. I found one that seemed safe to drink, and it tasted pretty good, like tart cherry juice. I usually take a half of an OTC sleeping pill at night, so that night I drank this instead and it seemed to work about the same except I felt a bit more groggy in the morning, probably because it's more than I usually take. I looked up all of the ingredients in this concoction that I wasn't familiar with but I think the Melatonin is what does the job. I think I'll stick to my OTC pill.
