I don't typically use scented detergent, but once I accidentally ordered this "Fresh Linen" scent instead of unscented and I never went back. It's a light refreshing smell, not at all overpowering, and it cleans nicely. The strips are so convenient and clean to use too.
I purchased Tru Earth laundry strips, a few years back and really like them. Nonetheless, I decided to try some other brands - about three to be exact and was not as happy with the quality of cleanliness on my laundry. I am now back with Tru Earth and I am seeing the same cleanliness of my laundry and brighter whites that I saw when I originally purchased.
I have been a Tru Earth customer since 2017...one of my fellow dog show friends told me about it and gave me a couple of strips to try. I've been using it since then. No big ugly plastic containers. I've given the same 6 strips to my neighbors and so far 3 of the 4 have changed to TruEarth. great product and anything that is a friend to Mother Earth is what I want to use.
I'm so happy with the quality of this product! I no longer lug giant plastic containers of goo into the laundry area! Our laundry is clean with a subtle fresh linen scent! Bravo!!
I like it, because, I carry the soap, in a dry state, instead of a heavy liquid state, which is easier for me, and the machine, puts the Water for me. I find the product, idea, very useful and good. Will I buy it, in the future. YES!!! Regards, alberto
Tru Earth is the best game changer in laundry soaps. No excess water waste or ridiculous dyes. It's clean, fresh and does the job even better without harsh chemicals. Tru Earth doesn't clog the dispenser or stick to clothing if you toss it in with the load, like other brands I have tried. I love the slim strips which removed the need for cabinet, shelf, or floor space like powdered or liquid detergents require. I place them in a swanky little container and grab a piece as needed. Love the newer fabric softeners are pretty cut into single strips and have the half break line added.
I love this scent. Its mild and natural. Not at all like Febreeze. artificial scents nauseate me and this does not. I always get confused about the language regarding strip size. Package comes as a 4x4 square, i think the language needs to use concrete measurements— one “strip” is a 2”x4” strip obtained by ripping the 4x4” square at the perforation. If people are experiencing caking of the detergent, they might be using too big of a “strip.”
I've been using Tru earth strips for several years now. Beautiful clean laundry, no huge plastic bottles and no trips to the store for more — a years supply takes up hardly any space on the shelf. Everybody should use these.
I think these laundry sheets are perfect… They keep my boyfriend and my teenager from over using laundry soap! Super easy to use… The only small complaint I have is that some fabrics grab that soap and don't let go - I end up having to wash them a couple times to get the soap out…. This is fixed by letting the water fill and letting the soap dissolve first.
Seems to be a new formula for the Fresh linen laundry strips. My last order, about a year ago, dissolved nicely and got clothes clean. This new batch is hard to tear into smaller pieces (should have been my first clue) and they just don't dissolve very well in hot, warm nor cold water. Seeing residue in my clothes. What did you change?! Please go back to the old formula. I feel “ stuck with” a years supply of “meh” detergent.
