This is a very solid bench, not shaky at all. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. The pad is wide- perfect for heavy benching.

Great!
I am very impressed with the quality of this bench. Very simple to use and easy to put together. Best of all, it doesn't take up a lot of space. I would recommend to anyone. Great buy!

Yes, My Tru Grit flat bench got delivered this afternoon... Stoked ! I got into the build right away. Super simple. This thing is sturdy and just the right width when doing bench presses and dumbbell flies. I Dig it!
