What a excellent headset. I spend many hours either working from home or in my mobile office so I needed a headset that is comfortable, has good battery life and solid noise canceling capability. When I opened the box, the first thing I noticed was the excellent packaging. Something that speaks well of the manufacture. Next was how easy it was to connect to my phone. I was initially a little concerned if this was going to be comfortable, due to the shape of the headset, but I must say my concerns was quickly relieved once I put the headset on and started to use it. It is actually more comfortable than my traditional sealed-off round foam headset. Next is the controls. Love the simplicity of the controls and easy access. Simple, easy to access and large enough for us old folks to use without any issue. Next quality and clarity. Both are excellent, Crystal clear sound and zero degradation. Callers have told me that they can hear me perfectly either when I am working from home in my office or in my mobile office and there was no background noise. I had a chance to test this one day when a worker was here doing some construction on my home and the callers could not hear the loud banging in the background. A huge plus!! Battery life. I use my headset for upwards of 10 hours a day and I have never had a day where the battery did not last. Matter of fact, I have had a couple times where I forgot to plug it in to charge at the end of the day and used it again a second day still with no problems. Love this headset. It is so easy to use. No instructions needed. You simply charge it via the usb cord, hit the Bluetooth button to connect it and you are good to go! It charges really fast too which is great. It’s very comfortable over the head and in the ear. The band is adjustable for a quick easy fit. Sound quality is great. I love the big buttons on the side. They are easy to see and push. I also love the light that enables you to know when it’s charged and ready. You really can’t go wrong with this purchase. Great item. I would buy this again for sure.

I would recommend this to anyone this is a great product, I am shock of how well it works and how clear it is, for the price you can’t beat this headset to compare it to a blueparrot I would say it’s top notch! Definitely recommend buying this product over the big companies!

I bought this headset for driving. It has heavy noise canceling. The headset sounds like you are wearing the kind airplane pilots use. When I ask others on what it sounds like on their end, they say it sounds great.

This wireless Bluetooth headset is solidly made with great sound quality. It is extremely easy to pair and only took a few seconds to set up once charged. The soft ear pad is very comfortable and fits securely over the ear.

What I liked is that I can use it even if I am not facing the computer . My other headsets can’t. The sound starts cutting off even when I move my head little bit away from the computer.

They are selling a different product than advertised !! There is no A.I noise cancellation. Cs complained about my background. The title of product says AI noise cancellation yet there’s no information on the product box. They are selling a different product than advertised !!

I received a prize card that gave me another model completely free to test. I sent an email with proof of payment and I did everything he asked, but I never received the gift. I've already sent two emails and haven't received a response!
